Our workshops include but are not limited to mindfulness, massage, drama and movement all of which focus on enhancing positive mental health, confidence, creativity and much more.Salihah is the founder and Creative Director of Spoken World Productions with substantial experience in personal and self-development, spiritual direction and in training people from all walks of life in her chosen field of mindfulness.

Our
Approach

Our workshops are facilitated by experienced mindfulness practitioners who have personally applied the principles in their own corporate work and personal lives. They understand the pressures and reality of corporate and retail work spaces and guide participants through relevant and practical conversations. All sessions are tailored for your team and so the best way of working out which course/workshop structure is best for you is to speak with us about your needs. With classes from 30 minutes to 4 weeks, short workshops to team retreats – we can create an experience that has the most impact for your business and your team.
